This chic and perfect hotel is set in a nice area. It offers attentive services. Besides, it offers excellent wifi to guests. The restaurant serves rich local food.

The breakfasts on silver trays. The rooms were individually decorated and unique with modern conveniences and a beautiful canopy bed, for example, just what we needed.

The location was excellent, for example, Castillo de San Cristobal Fortress was within walking distance of the hotel.

All the employees were exceptionally welcoming and knowledgeable.

Location not far from both Old San Juan, yummy restaurants and the centre of Old San Juan. Very welcoming staff, easy check in. Very nice boutique building and rooms with great decoration.

i had the queen room which was absolutely gorgeous on the second level. location: the hotel was near to the outdoor fountain and the tourist attractions and restaurants and all the attractions.

The location of Villa Herencia was fantastic, being very close to all the tourist attractions and restaurants in Old San Juan. The architecture of the rooms off the courtyard was charming and added to the overall experience. The thick brick walls kept the room cool and quiet, ensuring a good night's sleep. The upper deck was a great spot to relax and hang out. The huge breakfast room offered a great selection of food. The staff were friendly and helpful, providing excellent recommendations for local Puerto Rican restaurants. I highly recommend this hotel.

Beautiful terrace, nice rooms, comfortable bed.

Rooms 8 and 9 (the best rooms) open onto a common terrace, if you leave the door open through the night you may get (as we did) stray cats jumping into bed with you, and the lights outside on the terrace are bothersome.

Enjoyed my room, it was elegant and luxurious on the second level. The location was marvellous and awesome, close to La Rogativa Statue.

The hotel retained its old world charm with upgrades in the bathroom and good air-conditioning. The upstairs terrace was a real bonus, large and confortable. The location could not have been better.My wife and I stayed 4 nights and we want to go back again.
